If you are interested in selling anything, we are asking all vendors to pre-register (you can do so, on-line, below). Registration will be limited to the first 100 vendors to register. Please provide your name, address, email address, phone number(s), and a brief description of items to be sold.

SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR VENDORS:

We truly regret having to implement some of the policies listed below, but due to some negative experiences and unexceptable behavior/attitudes on the part of a few vendors in the past we feel it necessary to "spell out" the following expectations for all of our vendors:

1. The Yard Sale at The Pointe Staff are there to help. Please address all Yard Sale Staff respectfully. They are volunteers and desire to assist you in any way that they can. Any rudeness or verbal abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated and the offender will be asked to leave the grounds immediately. All vendors are expected to follow Staff instructions.
2. SET-UP BEGINS at 7AM - NO EARLIER. Anyone setting up prior to that will be asked to leave. (We are sorry, but there will be no exceptions to this policy. Our volunteer staff have many other responsibilities prior to that time and cannot be occupied with early arrivals.)
3. ALL vendors must enter the property via our ROUTE 352 / SOUTH NEW MIDDLETOWN ROAD DRIVEWAY and exit via our Knowlton Road driveway. The SPEED LIMIT in all areas of our property is 5mph. Please use extreme caution when driving.
4. ALL vendors must unload their vehicles and move them to the parking area in the field behind our facility. This frees up parking for buyers in our parking lots. The only exception that will be made to this policy is for those who have a valid handicapped parking permit.
5. Please keep in mind that this is a church sponsored event with many children and families present, therefore please use discretion with the items being sold. Vendors with items deemed offensive by the Yard Sale Staff will be asked to remove such items and place them in your vehicle.
6. If you would like to set-up next to another vendor, please pre-arrange a meeting place off-site (i.e. Pathmark parking lot, side street, etc.) and then caravan together to our property. We do not have the space to have vehicles waiting for late arrivals and it is too dangerous to allow vehicles to proceed to an area that is already set-up.
7. Restrooms are available inside our facility. There is one on the upper level and several on the lower level.
8. All vendors must supply their own tables.

If any of these instructions are a problem for you, we respectfully ask that you do not register to be a vendor at the yard sale. We apologize that some of these policies have had to be implements, but we have found it necessary to make our expectations known prior to anyone registering. Our desire is to avoid any of the issues we have encountered in the past. We host the Yard Sale at The Pointe as a service to our community and an opportunity to get to know one another. We desire that everyone would have an fun and enjoyable experience.
